Discover how White Label Fox designed, white-labeled, and launched Nipeleke - a Gojek-style super app uniting ride-hailing, food delivery, grocery delivery, and medicine delivery in one platform. From kickoff to a live launch on Google Play and the App Store, we delivered a fully branded marketplace for Tanzania in just 30 days.
Nipeleke is a multi-service marketplace app that White Label Fox built for a Tanzania-based client under a signed NDA. The brief was ambitious: bring four everyday services - ride-hailing, food delivery, grocery delivery, and medicine delivery - together inside a single, easy-to-use app modeled on the Gojek clone super-app experience.
Rather than building from zero, we started with our proven white-label marketplace framework and tailored it to the client's brand, market, and operational rules. The core white-labeling was completed in five working days; client-specific customizations and a full market launch followed within one month.
Nipeleke serves Tanzania, with active demand concentrated in major hubs like Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, and Zanzibar. Tanzania's fast-rising smartphone adoption and growing appetite for on-demand convenience made it a natural launchpad for a super app. To fit the local market, we integrated Tigo Pesa mobile money so customers can pay the way they already prefer.
Our client set out to unify Tanzania's fragmented on-demand services in a single app. The brief rested on three pillars: strong provider and vendor management, a dynamic order flow that adapts to each service, and smart delivery and rider allocation. Here are the toughest problems we solved along the way.
Challenge:
A single platform had to host thousands of independent vendors across four different services, each needing its own data, rules, and payouts - without one vendor ever interfering with another.
Solution:
We built a multi-tenant architecture on Laravel that gives every vendor an isolated workspace with role-based access, while a Super Admin Panel keeps central control over commissions, analytics, and approvals. The model scales to new vendors and new service types without re-engineering.
Challenge:
Every restaurant and store needed full control of its own catalog, pricing, and stock, in real time, without depending on the central admin or affecting other merchants on the marketplace.
Solution:
We delivered a dedicated Store Admin Panel and Store App where merchants add, edit, categorize, and price products themselves. Every change syncs instantly to the customer apps, so listings, availability, and offers stay accurate across thousands of items with zero manual admin work.
Challenge:
A ride and a grocery order do not share the same journey. Hard-coding one fixed set of order statuses would block the client from adding new services or adjusting workflows later.
Solution:
We engineered a service-aware status engine that the admin configures per service - 'Trip Started' for a ride, 'Picked Up' for a delivery, and so on. New statuses and new service flows can be added from the dashboard, with no code changes required.
Challenge:
The platform had to stop orders from being placed outside serviceable zones, show customers only what is actually available nearby, and let admins set coverage by store, vendor, and city.
Solution:
Using Google Maps geo-fencing across all apps, we matched every customer to the providers and stores that genuinely serve their location. Admins define delivery radii per store and vendor, which cut failed orders, removed out-of-zone requests, and kept delivery times realistic.
We delivered a complete, production-ready ecosystem - customer, driver, and store apps on both Android and iOS, plus the website and admin layers that tie everything together. All eight products share one Laravel backend, so orders, payments, and live status flow between customers, drivers, stores, and the operations team in real time, with nothing falling out of sync.
Take a closer look at the interface our designers built. Every screen is tuned for Tanzania's mobile-first users - a service-switching hub on the home screen, clear order tracking, readable typography, and bold action buttons that make booking a ride or placing an order effortless.
