Launching a six-in-one ride-hailing app for the US meant solving hard problems around payments, real-time dispatch, and pricing. Here's how we tackled the toughest ones.
Challenge:
RYDEGO had to guarantee payment before a ride began - capturing a card up front, holding enough to cover the final fare, and charging only the real amount at drop-off, all with zero manual work and no awkward cash handling.
Solution:
We built a Stripe pre-authorization flow: riders add a card before their first ride - no card, no ride. RYDEGO holds the estimated fare plus 50% (a $100 estimate holds $150), then auto-charges the real fare at drop-off and releases the rest (a $50 ride frees $50) within up to 7 business working days.

Solution:
We built a modular ride-mode engine with a one-tap service switcher on the home screen. Each mode runs its own tailored flow - bidding, scheduling, or instant dispatch - while sharing a single account, map, payment, and rating system underneath. Riders switch modes in a tap, and the backend keeps pricing and dispatch consistent across all six.

Ride-hailing lives or dies on speed and accuracy - riders expect a nearby driver in seconds and a live dot moving on the map, with no double-assignments or ghost cars, even during rush hour.
Solution:
We engineered a real-time dispatch layer that streams driver locations continuously & matches each request to the best-positioned, highest-rated driver by distance & availability. Google Maps powers precise navigation & while smart allocation prevents double-booking & automatically reassigns a ride if a driver doesn't respond in time.
Challenge:
A tuk-tuk hop, an intercity haul, a pooled ride, and a car rental can't share one pricing formula - and fares must flex with real-time demand without alienating riders or underpaying drivers.
Solution:
We gave admins a dynamic fare engine with per-vehicle, per-zone, and per-mode rules, plus configurable surge multipliers for peak demand. Riders always see an upfront estimate before they confirm, and inDrive-style bidding lets them propose their own price - keeping fares transparent, competitive, and profitable on both sides.
